Laxmidhar V. Gaopande
Laxmidhar has 35+ years of impressive and successful career track record in IT industry especially in product engineering and innovation with excellent academic background and exceptional professional experience with reputed companies in India, MNC and abroad. He has worked in USA and UK and visited for business countries like Germany, Singapore, Israel, Japan, Italy, Korea etc. He was a part of one of the very successful IPO for a software company in 1997. He has strong exposure to multiple domains like Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, Govt., Defense, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Power, Transportation, Smart cities etc.
He has operated at various senior positions like CEO, President, CTO, Chief IP Officer (CIPO), Acting Managing Director (MD) and a Board Member.
Laxmidhar holds Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Mechanical from VNIT Nagpur, M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, India.
He has published many papers in national and international conferences. He has three patents from USA. He has published 15+ books in Software Engineering and on Marathi and Hindi poems.
He was invited as visiting professor to teach Global MBA students abroad. He is also a mentor for students in various universities in India and abroad. He is currently advising multiple start-ups in India and abroad.
